Overview


I am 65 years old, very active and I play tennis at a high level. Tennis is extremely important to me for exercise, relaxation, and stress relief. One day I was carrying something and I hurt my back. I had some pain in my low back for a couple of days and then it went away. Two days later, I was walking in my house and all of a sudden I fell and was flat on my back. There was nothing around me that would have caused me to fall. This happened 4 more times. I realized that I had lost the strength in my left leg.

I contacted Sharea at Fitness 4 Function for help. She worked with me to help me regain the strength back in my left leg. In addition to helping me regain my strength, she worked on other things that were essential for me to return to tennis and improve my game ( balance, movement in various directions, etc). After working with F4F, I was able to return to playing tennis at a high level. My strength, balance and mobility have improved which has also improved my game. I could not have done this without Fitness 4 Function!
